Send – Contact support to describe your issue and send your product to our authorised service centre.
Repair – Our authorised technicians will inspect and repair your product, then send it back to you.
Repair Warranty
All completed repair work and replaced parts are covered by a 12-month repair warranty.
This warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and does not extend the original product warranty
