Send – Contact support to describe your issue and send your product to our authorised service centre.
Repair – Our authorised technicians will inspect and repair your product, then send it back to you.
Repair Warranty
All completed repair work and replaced parts are covered by a 12-month repair warranty.
This warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and does not extend the original product warranty

Each repair covers only the specific issue being fixed.
Repairs are performed by authorised service centres.
