What is the Tapo Rewards Program?
Tapo Rewards Program is our free loyalty program that allow you to earn points based on how much you shop on au.store.tapo.com. The more you spend, the more rewards and benefits you accumulate, which can be redeemed directly with us as a thank-you for your loyalty. Simple and straightforward!
How do I join the Tapo Rewards Program?
• If you already have an account on au.store.tapo.com, you are already participating in the program. Simply log in to your account!
• If you don't have an account, you just need to sign up an account with us! And you’ll automatically be enrolled in loyalty so you can start earning points immediately.
What kind of rewards can I get?
You can redeem exciting rewards like free products and free shipping! We’ll be announcing even more exclusive rewards via email, so make sure to keep an eye on your inbox.
What benefits do I get in the Tapo Rewards Program?
You can earn points for every purchase you make and unlock new benefits by levelling up in our program. The more you interact with our features and shop, the more benefits you unlock. A detailed list of benefits and rewards can be found in the Tiers and Benefits chart. More benefits will be added soon!
How is my tier status determined?
Your tier status is determined by the number of points you earn through shopping and participating in loyalty activities. The more points you accumulate, the higher your tier status. Refer to the Tiers and Benefits chart for more details. Additional tiers may be added in the future.
Is my tier status for life?
Yes, once you earn a tier status, it remains yours for life. Even if your points expire, your tier status will not be affected.
How do points work?
It’s this simple: For every AU dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Points can be redeemed according to the rules for equivalent products, which can be applied directly to your purchase. Depending on your tier status, you can earn points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for less money spent! Points earned through the rewards program have no cash value and cannot be transferred to others.
Do all purchases count for points?
All of your qualified purchases made on au.store.tapo.com will count for points. To ensure your points are added to your account, please make sure you are logged in before making a purchase. Points are calculated based on the final purchase amount, excluding taxes and shipping fees. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be clearly notified if a purchase does not count towards earning points.
What happens if I return my items/cancel my order?
If you return an item or cancel an order, the points earned from that purchase will be reversed or decreased. Points will also be deducted for partial refunds due to price adjustments. The tier status will be adjusted accordingly. Please be aware that any misuse of points through repeated returns or cancellations may lead to restrictions on your account, and you may pay for the return shipping fee and not receive a full refund upon return.
Can I merge two different Tapo accounts?
No, the points you earned on different accounts cannot be combined or aggregated for any reason.
Do my points expire?
No, your points do not expire. You can use them for your purchases or redemptions at any time, so there’s no need to worry about losing them.
