It was easy to set up. I use it on a inside windows looking towards a busy street. There is a street light close by so I get good night vision. I like the ability to move direction when I wish. I am very happy with my purchase.

this Tapo c236 is very good it sits on a inside window looking to the street and because of a very near street light it picks up good night vision. The day vision is excellent and it is very easy to move.

C216 is great 2K camera, but C236 with a 3K sensor is noticeably better!
I have purchased 2 of the Tapo C216 already and was impressed by the low-light performance whether in Day, or Infra red Night mode. The resolution of the newer C236 is a nice upgrade & with same low-light performance, and in my suburb, the ambient street lighting is enough to keep it in full colour Day mode, even at night. The intuitive software works perfectly whether I am at home or away, with very little lag on alerts. Other brands I've used often fall down in the quality of their apps and software. Combined with the very reasonable pricing, the TP-link / Tapo ecosystem gets my highest praise and I have gone on to purchase their smart plugs and lights, replacing the other brands I was using.
