Ideal spots are generally areas with high traffic, such as entryways, shared living areas, hallways, children’s room (to monitor baby and young children) and rooms where valuables are kept. Position cameras high and angled for maximum coverage while avoiding private spaces like bathrooms or bedrooms (unless necessary and with consent).
What’s the difference between refurbished and new products?
All refurbished products are unused new units. The only differences may be due to version upgrades or packaging changes that occurred during the return and replacement process. For example, some items may come in plain (white box) packaging, which will be clearly labeled. Otherwise, they are identical in performance and quality to our original products.
Are refurbished products covered by warranty?
Yes, all refurbished products come with the same full warranty as our original products. If you encounter any issues during use, our customer support team is always ready to help.
