Currently been back and forth with customer service for a week now. They keep recycling the same questions. Each time I've spoken to a different agent (via email). I've already sent photos and descriptions. They got me to do some trouble shooting etc. NOW THEY ASK THAT I TAKE A 30sec VIDEO OF PROOF THAT NEITHER WORK WHEN BEING PLUGGED IN. What next...a blood sample?!?!??! I'm starting to question whether TP-Link is legit?!?!

Not as robust as I thought
Camera picture quality is ok as long as you don’t zoom too much into it. Camera itself is a little fragile, slip my fingers when trying fixing it to the wall, dropped from less the 6 foot height and mounting arm broke clean off, now there’s no way to fix it securely anymore, superglued the arm back into housing , lost all adjustability , waiting now for a pidgin to land on it to break it off again, was hoping for a little more .
