Any eligible Tapo Store subscriber can apply. Some trials may have additional product, account, or location requirements, so please check the relevant trial page before applying.
You must submit written feedback with at least one video and three photos, covering your actual experience, key product benefits, and areas for improvement.

Selected testers will be notified by email on the announcement date shown on the trial card and must confirm their participation by the deadline specified in the email.
Yes. By submitting your content and accepting the Content Authorization, you allow Tapo to edit, reproduce, and publish it across Tapo websites, stores, Community, social media, and marketing channels.
Yes. To apply, you must own a Tapo camera compatible with the Tapo CA500.
Compatible models: Tapo C400, TC80, TCH80, Tapo C401, Tapo C402, Tapo C403, Tapo C410, Tapo C411, TC82, TCB82, Tapo C420, Tapo C425, TC85, Tapo C460, Tapo C465 and Tapo C425K.
There is no purchase price for the trial product, and you do not need to return it. However, you must submit the required feedback within 14 days to remain eligible for future Tapo Trial programs.
Yes. Selected testers who successfully complete the trial and submit all required feedback will be recognised as Tapo Product Testers.
Tapo Product Testers may be invited to participate in future product trials and selected offline events. Testers who provide particularly high-quality and helpful reviews may also receive additional gifts or rewards from Tapo.
