Locks works well, biometrics reliable, looks goods, but, it would be nice if it worked with Apple Home without having to do work arounds with Google Home. Also, unlocking with Google Home is denied in the firmware programming due to possible security breaches, unlike all the other smart locks that allow unlocking from Google Home, etc.
Would love a removable bracket for doors for rentals or no drill (other than stick on which can be hard to get off - Eufy 340 has one which I modified.

I have an H500 hub and recently bought a couple of 4k cameras that needed a firmware upgrade (along with the H500) to make to make all the combined functions fully compatible. After contacting the TP-Link support, I received immediate tech support to upgrade the firmware prior to the official release in a month's time. Melody went out of her way to ensure my products received the necessary upgrades. Very happy with the level of customer support that I received.

This camera is great, easy to install and setup, the 4K resolution and Starlight Sensor give excellent image quality in low light and night time. I would definately recommend this camera to other people.
