Good addition to the product range and great backup support

I have an H500 hub and recently bought a couple of 4k cameras that needed a firmware upgrade (along with the H500) to make to make all the combined functions fully compatible. After contacting the TP-Link support, I received immediate tech support to upgrade the firmware prior to the official release in a month's time. Melody went out of her way to ensure my products received the necessary upgrades. Very happy with the level of customer support that I received.

As expected works

As expected works. Several small things would be nice to have. As example HDMI output with Tagging, Mirroring going to an active camera when detection triggered. Non wifi range limited. Had to buy an H100 to extend. But useful addition to the set up.
